ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent authorities particularly the 3rd Respondent herein in refusing permission for Niravadika Deeksha scheduled to be held from 8 am of 11.10.2019 to 8 pm of 12.10.2019 at Koneru Center, Machilipatnam town, vide proceedings in Dis. No. 1640/SDPO-M/2019, dated 10.10.2019 without assigning proper reasons as highly arbitrary, illegal, null and void and violative of fundamental rights particularly Art. 19 (1) (a) and (b) guaranteed under the Constitution of India and consequently to set aside the same and permit the Niravadika Deeksha' as per the schedule and pass…”

Learned counsel representing Sri T.Vishnu Teja, learned counsel for the writ petitioner would submit that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for further adjudication, and the writ petition has become infructuous.
3. Learned Additional Government Pleader for Home is in attendance.
4. Recording the submissions made by the learned for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
