JUDGMENT:
Today, when the matter is taken up for final hearing, Sri V. Raghu,
learned counsel for the respondent/defendant filed a memo, dated 26.06.2015, stating that the sole respondent/defendant by name A. Lakshmanna died on 10.11.2012, leaving behind his wife, son and daughter, as his legal heirs. So far, no steps have been taken to bring the Legal Representatives on record. The incident happened 13 years ago. The Memo is recorded.
2. In view of the above circumstances, the appeal is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
Interim order granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
