Having regard to the innocuous prayer made by the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the application filed by the petitioner and pass necessary orders as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
