2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Birupur P.S. Case No.69 of 2024 instituted under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 35 liters of country made liquor from the corn field and 13.50 liters country made liquor from the bike, total 48.50 liters country made liquor was recovered.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner has no concern with the alleged place of occurrence and the recovered motorcycle or with the seized liquor. Learned counsel submits that due to three

He further submits that nothing incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge IV cum Special Court Excise 1st Lakhisarai in connection with Birupur P.S. Case No.69 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
