1. Heard Mr. Rahul Pathak, learned counsel holding the brief of Mr. Awadh Tripathi, learned counsel for the appellant. Also heard Mr. Sangharsh Pandey, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the State.
2. The present intra Court appeal has been filed by the appellant against the order dated 15.05.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in WPC No. 3735 of 2025 (Vishnu Narayan Tiwari vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others), whereby the learned Single Judge has declined to grant interim relief to the appellant/writ petitioner herein.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present appeal as the transfer order of the appellant has already been set aside by the concerned authority.
