Order No.02/Dated- 25th September, 2025 Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2.This application has been filed for extension of time by modifying the order dated 18.04.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 5636 of 2023 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Hon'ble Court with a direction to surrender below within four weeks from the date of passing of the order. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was suffering from serious medical emergency (paralysis) from 02.01.2024 to June/ July 2025, which is more than 01 year and due to which he was unable to surrender before the concerned trial court. Therefore, it is humbly prayed to grant further four weeks' time to surrender before the learned trial court. 4. In view of the above submissions, petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned trial court within two weeks' from the receipt of copy of this order. 5.
