GP FOR HOME ORDER:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioner is troubled by the 5th respondent at behest of 6th respondent, though there is not case registered against him. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submit that on receipt of the complaint from the 6th respondent, the police have registered FIR in crime No.32 of 2025, under Section 420, 506 IPC r/w 34 IPC against the petitioner. It is also submitted that the statements of three witnesses have been recorded by the police and investigation is pending. 3. Considering the submissions of the both the learned counsel, the criminal petition is disposed off, directing the Station House Officer/Investigating Officer, for the purpose of investigation in Crime No. 32 of 2025 on the file of KBR Police Station, Puttur District, to follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
