By the said order, the learned Single Judge had directed the respondents to address the grievances of the petitioner and to consider his legal notice / representation dated 11.11.2018 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of the said order. 3. Learned counsel Shri P. Mahesha for complainant is present before Court physically and states that he has not given any consent to the authority to pass an award. It is his submission that without giving any consent, the Competent Authority / SLAO, has passed the consent award. This submission made by the learned counsel for the complainant is taken on record. 4. Learned AGA submits that the compliance affidavit dated 17.10.2022 by Accused No.5 / Competent Authority has been filed in this matter and also compliance affidavit dated 20.10.2022 has been filed by Accused No.8 / Competent Authority.
