However, since no report is received, this Civil Revision petition is being disposed of without waiting any further. 4. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with. 5. The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of HMOP which is pending since 2020. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that trial has now commenced and at that stage, Interlocutory Applications have been filed to receive additional documents.
