Be that as it may, since in principal, the authorities have agreed to grant permission, it will be open to them to make it subject to such reasonable conditions and restrictions as would prevent any untoward incident on the date of procession. 2 3. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is disposed of. Judgment and order impugned shall stand modified accordingly. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
