Mr.Shubham Singh Guleria, Advocate, vice Mr.Vikrant Thakur, Advocate. Vivek Singh Thakur, J (Oral) Main grievance of the petitioner is that he has submitted representation dated 16.05.2025 to the Secretary, Technical Education, Vocational and Industrial Training, to the Government of H.P., for amendment/repeal of R & P Rules to the post of Principal (Polytechnics) as per latest AICTE Norms, but the said representation has not been decided as yet.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners shall be satisfied in case time bound direction is given to the respondents to decide the representation/request submitted to the Secretary, Technical 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

3. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that respondent-Authority shall decide representation of the petitioners in a time bound manner fixed by the Court.

In view of above, present petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents especially Secretary, Technical Education-respondent No.1 to consider and take decision on the request submitted by the petitioners by giving them opportunity of hearing, if desired so, by passing speaking and reasoned order on or before 30.09.2025. Decision so taken by the respondents shall be communicated to the petitioners forthwith.
5. Needless to say that petitioner shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy, including filing appropriate petition before the competent Court for redressal of grievance, if any, still survives.
