Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue raised in the petition is squarely covered by judgment passed by this Court in CWP No.629 of 2018, titled as State of H.P. and another Versus Lekh Ram and others. At this stage, she submits that interest of justice would be served in case the petitioners are granted liberty to file representation to the Authorities concerned with a direction to the respondents to decide the same in terms of the judgment delivered by this Court in CWP No.629 of 2018 (supra). Ordered accordingly. 2.
