The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mayurhand PS Case No.25 of 2024, for offence registered under section 379, 411/34 IPC, section 54 of Jharkhand Minor Mineral Concession Rules and section 4/21 of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is owner of the tractor and allegations are made that sand was loaded on the said tractor and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.15. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that illegally the sand was being loaded on the said tractor. 5. Considering that the petitioner is owner of the said tractor and allegations are made of loading sand on the tractor and even the quantity of the sand has not been disclosed and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chatra, in connection with Mayurhand PS Case No.25 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
