The prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the communication/notice No. 2001/ENCR/91/E2 dated 23.01.2025 addressed by the respondent No. 2 to the respondent No. 4 requesting him to dismantle the un-authorised structure allegedly raised by the petitioner in the designated area. 2. It is contended by the petitioner that the petitioner has raised the construction on his own land. 3. Issue notice to the respondents. 4. Mr. Vishal Sharma, learned DSGI waives notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3. Ms. Monika Kohli, learned senior AAG waives notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 4, 5 and 6.
