2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeking a limited prayer that his application is pending before the Tahsildar and the same may be directed to be decided within a stipulated period.
3. Learned counsel for the State/respondent submits that if the application filed by the petitioner is pending before the Tahsildar, the same will be decided within a period of 15 days and demarcation will be made in accordance with law.
4. I have heard learned counsel for both the parties.
5. Having considered the submission made by learned counsel for the parties, as the petitioner is contending that a CC road is being constructed over the land of the petitioner, hence, the Tahsildar is directed to conduct the demarcation on the application filed by the petitioner on 16/12/2024, within a period of fifteen days.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is
