The present application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant in Case Crime No. 0368 of 2024 (Anuj Kumar Pandey vs. State of U.P.), under Sections 318(4), 316(4) B.N.S., Police Station Bhelupur, District- Varanasi. 2. At the outset, Sri Neeraj Kumar Sharma, learned A.G.A. submits that charge sheet has been submitted against the applicant and he has been summoned by the concerned court. 3. At this stage, Sri Bajrang Bahadur Singh, counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present bail application with liberty to the applicant to file regular bail application before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 4. In view of the above, this application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to surrender before the concerned court and file regular bail application, which shall be decided in the light of decision rendered in Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No (s) 5191 of 2021 decided on 07.10.2021.
