None appeared on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner to press this present petition. 2. Heard Mr. Sangharsh Pandey, learned Government Advocate for respondents No.1 to 4 / State. 3. The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “1. That, Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant petition under section 528 of B.N.S.S. 2023 filed by the petitioner, in the interest of justice. 2. That, Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned FIR bearing No. 132/2024 registered on dated 06.03.2024 at police station Balco Nagar, District Korba Chhattisgarh filed under section 420, 120-B, 34 of the I.P.C. in respect of the case of the petitioner, in the interest of justice. 3. That, Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash entire charge sheet dated 20.09.2024 before learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Korba Chhattisgarh under section 420, 120-B, 34 of the I.P.C. against the petitioner in the interest of justice. 4. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly grant any other reliefs in favour of the petitioner, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.” 4. From perusal of the relief prayed for in the present petition, it transpires that the same is a defective one as the counsel for the petitioner has not challenged the order taking cognizance and he has only drafted a vague and sketchy prayer. 3 5. In view of the same, this petition is dismissed, with liberty to file petition afresh, if any further cause of action arises, subject to depositing a sum of Rs.1,000/- as cost by the petitioners in the Registry of this Court and the same shall be transmitted to the Government Children’s Home for Orthopedically Handicapped, Mana Camp Raipur (C.G.). 6. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioner after obtaining the photocopy of the same, subject to deposit of the fine amount.
