Whereas Shri Alezo Kire, learned counsel for the sole respondent is present. Page No.# 2/2 On an earlier occasion, i.e., on 26.05.2025, the following order was passed: “None appears for the petitioner on call. However, Ms. Rovileno, learned counsel for the respondent, is present today and has submitted that the present revision petition was supported by one interlocutory application [in short, ‘I.A.’], being numbered as I.A. (C) No. 139/2023, for condonation of delay. However, that I.A. was adjourned, and subsequently, an amended I.A. was also filed, but the same was withdrawn with liberty to file afresh. Till date, no fresh I.A. has been filed by the petitioner. Accordingly, she submits that the petitioner is not interested in contesting the case and, therefore, prays for closure of the revision petition. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, one more opportunity may be given to the petitioner, in the interest of justice. List the matter after 1 (one) week on a date to be fixed by the Registry” Though the matter was directed to be listed after a week, till now, it appears that no fresh interlocutory application has been filed. It appears that the applicant is not interested to pursue the case. Accordingly, the present case is dismissed for non- prosecution. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
