Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 01.05.2025 passed by this Court in WPCR No. 253 of 2025, in paragraph 11 this Court directed the Collector-Cum-District Magistrate, Bilaspur (C.G.) to mark the presence of petitioner before him, but due to inadvertent mistake, in the second last line of paragraph 11 it has been directed to the ‘Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Durg (C.G.)’ instead of ‘Collector-Cum-District Magistrate, Bilaspur (C.G.)’ and the same needs to be corrected accordingly. 3. Learned State counsel has no objection to the same. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present MCC is allowed. In the order dated 01.05.2025 passed by this Court in WPCR No. 253 of 2025, ‘Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Durg (C.G.)’ be read as ‘Collector-Cum-District Magistrate, Bilaspur (C.G.)’ instead of ‘Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Durg (C.G.)’. 3 5. A copy of this order be placed along with the records of WPCR No.253 of 2025. 6. In view of the above, I.A. No. 1, application for urgent hearing and I.A.
