While placing on record communication dated 08.10.2025, issued under the signatures of Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, enclosing therewith copy of office order dated 30.08.2025 signed by Dy. Director of School Education (Elementary) Kangra at Dharamshala, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, stands duly complied with. Petitioner has been granted the pay scale of Rs.5480-8925/- w.e.f 23.09.2000 and direction has already been issued to the concerned authority to prepare the arrears strictly in accordance with the Finance Department letter dated 07.01.2012. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly acknowledges factum with regard to compliance.
