Learned counsel, Mr. Imti Imsong appearing for respondent no. 4 has produced a copy of the Letter dated 15.05.2025, written by the Deputy Commissioner, Zunheboto, Nagaland to the Commissioner, Nagaland, submitting the Damage Assessment Report in respect of the petitioner in compliance with the Order of this Court dated 30.04.2024 passed in WP(C)/310/2023. The Letter indicates that the Damage Assessment Report amounting to Rs. 1,57,27,958 /- (Rupees One Crore Fifty-seven Lakhs Twenty-seven Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Eight) has been worked out in respect of the petitioner and the same has been forwarded for further necessary action.
Learned counsel, Mr. N. Angami appears for respondent no. 1 and
learned counsel, Mr. Moa Jamir appears for respondent no. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Pakinrichapbo is present. As the direction of this Court has been complied with, the Letter dated 15.05.2025 is placed on record as Annexure-X. In view of Annexure- X, the matter stands disposed of.
