ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action things and deeds of Respondents especially 4th Respondent in harassing the Petitioners at the instance of Respondents 5 to 7 by calling them to 4th Respondent Police Station by interfering in Civil disputes and pressurizing them to compromise the Civil dispute with Respondents 5 to 7 and insisting to re-convey the immovable property in their favour which is illegal irregular arbitrary unconstitutional against to the Principles of Natural Justice contra to the guidelines and true spirit of G.O.Ms.No.288 Dated 06.11.2010 issued by the Respondent and in violation of Articles 14 19 21 and 300A of Constitution of India consequently direct the Respondents especially 4th Respondent not to harass the Petitioners by calling them to 4th Respondent Police Station in interfering in Civil Disputes”
2. Heard Sri G.Narasimha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there may be a direction to the respondent-police not to summon the petitioners to the police station without there being any registration of crime against the petitioners.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are
directed not to summon the petitioners to the Police Station without there being any registration of crime against them. There shall be no order as to costs.
