No-applicants have no objections, if in case, the amount as is being sought to be released, is ordered to be released in favour of applicants/respondents No.1(a) to 6. Appeal in the case at hand was decided by this Court on 07.07.2025. Learned counsel for the parties submit that no further proceedings against the same are pending before the Hon’ble Apex Court. Other than the aforesaid, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court alongwith interest accrued thereupon, is permitted to be released in favour of applicants/respondents No. 1(a) to 6 in terms of shares provided in para 3 of the application. The same be remitted to their bank accounts, details whereof have been given in para 4 of the application subject to proper verification of their identities. The application stands disposed of.
