Satyen Vaidya, Judge (Oral). Notice. Ms. Menka Raj Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.
2. By way of instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for following substantive relief:-
“a. That respondents may kindly be directed the respondents to grant pensionery benefits petitioner after taking into consideration his service on daily wager basis along with regular basis along with all consequential benefits. b. That in alternate respondents may kindly be
directed to grant pensionery benefits strictly as 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2 per law laid down by Hon,ble courts in judgments passed in Sunder Singh vs State of H.P. and Balo Devi vs State of H.P. annexed as Annexure P/7 or Annexure P/8 along with all consequential benefits.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the Judgments passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 6309 of 2017, titled as Sunder Singh vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors, on 8th March, 2018 (Annexure P- 7) and Civil Appeal No. 4792 of 2022, titled as Balo Devi vs. State of H.P. & Ors., on 18th July, 2022 (Annexure P-8). He further submits that petitioner shall be satisfied in case the respondents are directed to decide the representation, Annexure P-9, submitted by the petitioner in a time bound manner in light of judgments ibid.
4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of without making any comments on the merits of the case of the petitioner. It is directed that respondents shall consider and decide representation, Annexure P-9, submitted by the petitioner, in light of judgments passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 6309 of 2017, titled as Sunder Singh vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors, on
3 8th March, 2018 (Annexure P-7) and Civil Appeal No. 4792 of 2022, titled as Balo Devi vs. State of H.P. & Ors., on 18th July, 2022 (Annexure P-8), within eight weeks from today by passing a speaking order.
5. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
