The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Lawalong P.S. Case No. 13 of 2024, registered under section 18/27/29 of the Narcotic Drug and Psychotropic Substance Act, pending in the Court of learned Principal District Judge, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegations are made that 800 gram opium has been recovered from the house of the petitioner and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 11 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the said recovery is from the house of the petitioner. 5. In view of above and looking into contents of F.I.R, it transpires that from the house of the petitioner said recovery has been made, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
