Ms. Inaholi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the State of Nagaland has submitted Order No. CON/NSA/07/2025/114 dated 10.11.2025 issued by the Chief Secretary to the Government of Nagaland, which is to the effect that the circumstances for detention of Mr. Japhet Newme no longer exists and as such he has to be released forthwith from detention under the NSA, 1980. The said Order dated 10.11.2025 issued by the Chief Secretary to the Government of Nagaland is made a part of the record and marked as Annexure-X.
