Page No.# 2/2 The present interlocutory application has been instituted by the applicant praying for condonation of delay of 48 days in instituting the connected interlocutory application being I.A(Civil)/219/2025, praying for substitution of the present applicant as the petitioner in WP(C)/43/2025. I have perused the contentions raised by the applicant in the interlocutory application and find that the delay so occasioned has been adequately explained in the matter. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State respondents has also not objected to the condonation of delay. In view of the above, the delay of 48 days in filing the connected interlocutory application being I.A(Civil)/219/2025 stands condoned. Interlocutory application stands disposed of.
