In the instant writ petition, petitioner has prayed to grant benefit of pension scheme as per the Rules of 1995 and to adjust the amount paid to him on his retirement under the CPF Scheme. 3. Petitioner has stated in the application that he does not want to pursue the writ petition on merits, since the relief prayed for in the instant writ petition is under consideration before the Department itself. 4.
