(3) State has filed this appeal challenging the judgment dated 27.3.2017, rendered by learned Single Judge in WPSS No. 1955 of 2015. By the said judgment, a number of writ petitions, filed by persons who were appointed as Teacher in unaided recognised schools, were allowed and they were granted benefit of time scale immediately after completing ten years qualifying service, by taking into account their services rendered in the institution before it was included in the grant-in-aid list of the State Government. (4) Learned State Counsel fairly submits that as many as seven special appeals, filed by the State against the same judgment dated 27.3.2017, were dismissed by Division Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 30.8.2018. He further submits that the said judgment, rendered by Division Bench, was affirmed 2025:UHC:6188-DB by Hon’ble Supreme Court. (5) In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, this special appeal is also decided in terms of the judgment dated 30.8.2018, rendered in Special Appeal No. 279 of 2018 and other connected appeals.
