[2] The present application has been filed with a prayer for allowing for impleading the under mentioned persons/officers as respondents No. 3 & 4 in the connected Cont. Case (C) No. 138 of 2024:- (i) Prof. M. Premjit Singh, Registrar, Manipur University, Canchipur. (ii) Prof. Th. Binoy Singh, Director (i/c), EMMRC, Manipur University, Canchipur. Accordingly, the present impleadment application is allowed.
