In view of the statement made by learned counsel that though the writ petition was dismissed by learned Single Judge on certain grounds but later on the State has accepted the claim of the appellant and is now issuing EWS certificate in her favour, therefore, he is not inclined to press the relief sought in the writ petition. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. 2. Taking into consideration the above submissions, the prayer is allowed. The order of learned Single Judge is set aside and the writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. 3. Accordingly, the appeal stands allowed.
