This Court, vide order dated 30.07.2024, passed in MCRC No. 4754 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicants, namely, Ghurau Sao and Dilip Kumar Sahu, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment. RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 3. The learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Saraipali, District – Mahasamund (C.G.) Through the Principal District and Sessions Judge, District – Mahasamund (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 08.05.2025 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that in this case, the trial is fixed for evidence, and 15 prosecution witnesses have been examined and the defence witnesses are yet to be examined. Hence, it is likely to take some time for concluding the trial. Therefore, he prays for grant of further more time for concluding the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
