Heard Sri D.Kodandarami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I for the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite the Lok Adalat dated 01.10.2011, the respondents are not paying the retirement benefits to the petitioner including the pension. Learned counsel would further submit that their representation dated 19.08.2016 is still pending with the respondent No.2. A direction may be given to dispose of the representation. 3. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. Considering the submissions made, since it is a Lok Adalat award, the petitioner can file execution petition seeking execution of the Lok Adalat That apart, the representation of the petitioner is pending with respondent No.2 since 19.08.2016. 5. award. 6. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 19.08.2016, 3 4 according to governing rules and law, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
