GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus by declaring the inaction of Respondent no 2 to 6 not investigating and not filing a Charge Sheet in FIR No 01 of 2024 dated 01/01/2024 of Government Railway Police station, Gudur is illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice consequently direct Respondent no 2 to 6 to investigate and file a Charge Sheet in FIR No Olof 2 2024 dated 01/01/2024 of Government Railway Police station, Gudur within a period of 3 months....” 2. Sri J.Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, a direction may be given to the Police to conclude the investigation and file charge sheet in Crime No.1 of 2024 on the file of Government Railway Police Station, Gudur. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondents - Police to conclude the investigation, if not concluded, in the above crime and file a report in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
