The petitioner’s case is that the petitioner’s name failed to find place in the list of successful candidates for filling up the post of Mechanic Helper/MTS, pursuant to the Advertisement Notice dated 26.08.2025 as well as re-Advertisement dated 12.09.2025. 2. Ms. Livika, learned Government Advocate submits that there was apparently a mistake committed by the respondents and in fact the petitioner is amongst the list of successful candidates, who is to be interviewed for the said vacant posts of Mechanic Helper/MTS. 3.
