The sole respondent has filed a counter affidavit in the present case stating that in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court, the sole respondent, while enclosing a copy of the representations dated 30.12.2021 and 04.02.2023 of the petitioner, has addressed a letter dated 02.11.2024 to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dharmavaram cum Land Acquisition Officer for taking further course of action, who in turn was informed by tbe Executive % Engineer, R&B Division, Dharmavaram vide letter dated 08.11.2024 that the Chief Engineer, R&B, Vijayawada has already addressed a letter to the concerned on 23.10.2024 for release of Rs.8,33,000/- to the petitioner herein. It is further stated that the amount of compensation will be paid to the petitioner by the Land Acquisition Officer and the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dharmavaram on receipts of the same from the Chief Engineer, R&B, Vijayawada. It is further stated that the sole respondent herein has already initiated steps in compliance to the orders passed by this Court and has requested to close the present contempt case. m w % 3. It can be understood that in compliance with the orders passed by this Court, the sole contemner has directed the concerned officer i.e. the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dharmavaram to initiate further course of action who was subsequently informed by the Executive Engineer, R&B Divisions Dharamavaram that the concerned officer was addressed on 23.10.2024 for release of Rs.8,33,000/- to the petitioner herein.dt can also be seen that the amount of compensation has to be paid to the petitioner by the Land acquisition officer and the revenue divisional officer, Dharmavaram who were not made as parties in the present case. In view of the fact that the sole contemner herein has initiated steps for complying with the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.20971 of 2023 on 21.08.2023, this Court feels that the orders passed by this Court were complied with by the contemner. 4.
