During pendency of the appeal, parties joined together to petition for divorce by mutual consent and by judgment dated 18th November, 2023, the marriage stood dissolved. In the circumstances, his instructions are to not press the appeal. He hands-up certified copies of said judgment and decree. In view of aforesaid, the appeal is dismissed.
