According to the said report, 15 witnesses have already been examined and serious efforts are being made to record the testimony of remaining four witnesses. Considering overall facts and circumstances of the case, especially the fact that serious efforts are being made by the learned trial court to conclude the trial, I do not find it a good ground to entertain this second bail application. Accordingly, this criminal misc. second bail application is dismissed.
