This petition is filed on an apprehension that in the road widening drive, part of the property belonging to the Petitioner may be demolished. 2. The papers were served on the learned counsel for the Respondent/Municipal Corporation. 3. On instructions, the learned counsel appearing for the Municipal Corporation submits that if at all any action is required to be taken in the context of the property of the Petitioner including the 2025:BHC-AUG:18828-DB ( 2 ) 913 wp 8700.25 structures standing thereon in the context of the road widening project, the Respondent/Municipal Corporation will give due notice to the Petitioner. 4. The aforesaid statement of the Respondent/Municipal Corporation addresses the apprehension of the Petitioner and therefore, no further orders are necessary in the petition. 5.
