As per bailable warrant dated 12.02.2025, report dated 03.03.2025, received from Police Station Arjuni, District Dhamtari (C.G.), it has been informed that appellant Arjun Sahu died. Death certificate of sole appellant Arjun Sahu S/o Johrit Sahu certified by the Police Station Arjuni is also annexed with the said report wherein it is mentioned that he died on 11.09.2019. 3. In view of above, as sole appellant Arjun Sahu S/o Johrit Sahu died on 11.09.2019, and no representation has been made for bringing legal heirs of the sole appellant on record, therefore, this appeal is dismissed as having abated.
