Hon'ble Mohd. Azhar Husain Idrisi,J. 1. Heard Sri Ashwani Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Rahul Asthana, learned AGA appearing for the State respondents and perused the record. 2. Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned FIR dated 29.4.2024, registered as Case Crime No. 183 of 2024, under Sections 498A, 323, 504 IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Sumerpur, District Hamirpur. 3. Vide order dated 28.2.2025 present petition was directed to be listed along with the record of Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 9604 of 2024 (Meraj Raeen And Another vs. State of UP and 2 others). 4. It is, therefore, apparent that Criminal Appeal No. 9604 of 2024 (Dharma vs. State of UP and another) has wrongly been connected. The said appeal is, therefore, detagged. Office is directed to do the needful. 5. The connected writ petition no. 9604 of 2024 filed earlier in point of time is also directed against the same impugned FIR by the same petitioner and therefore, the leading petition is not maintainable. 6. Insofar as the leading writ petition no. 3896 of 2025 is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition. 7. Prayer aforesaid is allowed. 8. Leading writ petition no. 3896 of 2025 is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 9. Insofar as the connected writ petition no. 9604 of 2024 is concerned, the said petition challenging the same FIR was referred to the mediation centre vide order dated 11.6.2024. 10. However, in any view of the matter, learned AGA submits that in respect of the FIR impugned in both the petitions, chargesheet no. 238 of 2024 dated 23.6.2024 has already been forwarded. 11. Accordingly, connected writ petition no. 9604 of 2024 stands dismissed as having become infructuous in view of the chargesheet having been forwarded.
