The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that upon receipt of the complaints from the petitioners, the police have conducted a preliminary enquiry under Section 173(3) of the BNSS and have closed the matter, treating it as civil in nature. It is further submitted that the petitioners and the unofficial respondents have been advised to resolve their disputes before the appropriate Court. 4.
