By the said judgment, divorce suit filed by the appellant on the ground of cruelty was dismissed. (3) Mr. Nikhil Singhal, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent, submits that appellant is not represented through Counsel since 25.2.2021 nor the appellant himself is appearing before this Court. He submits that coordinate Bench, vide order dated 18.2.2025, directed to list this appeal today under the caption “for dismissal”. (4) Today also, Mr. Pankaj Semwal, Advocate, holding brief of Mr. Gaurav Singh, has appeared. He makes a statement that Mr. Gaurav Singh has lost contact with the appellant and now he has no instruction to appear in the matter.
