JUSTICE MANEESH SHARMA Order 09/07/2025 No one has put in appearance on behalf of the applicants/ appellants. From the record of the case, it is revealed that on 22.04.2024, this Court while condoning the delay in filing civil restoration application, allowed the restoration application, subject to deposition of cost of Rs.2,000/- with the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority by the applicants/appellants. It was also specifically made clear that the cost was to be deposited within three weeks from 22.04.2024. Even after lapse of more than one year and two months, the cost imposed by this Court has not been deposited. Such kind of laxity cannot be permitted.
