It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that through inadvertent mistake, some typographical error had occurred in respect of the name of respondent No. 1 in the connected Cont. Case No. 152 of 2025. Accordingly, the present application has been filed with a prayer for allowing the applicant to correct such typographical mistake. On hearing the submission advance by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and on perusal of the record, we are of considered view that the present application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice as the said Shri. Ningthoujam Geoffrey is a necessary party in the connected Cont. Case No. 152 of 2025. Accordingly, the present application is hereby allowed.
