CHAKRAVARTHI WRIT PETITION No.53 OF 2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the inaction of Respondents 2 to 4 in initiating action against Respondents 5 to 7 upon the Report/Complaint dt. 25-12-2024 sent through Regd. Post with Ack Due, when Respondents 5 to 7 attacked the petitioner and ransacked the shop of the Petitioner running in the name of Sai Relax Mens Spa, Shop.no.48 (New 21/61), G.Venkata Reddy Market Complex, Main Road, Anaparthi Village East Godavari District, though the matter is sub-judice before this Hon’ble Court and where Restraint Orders passed by this Hon’ble Court in W.P.No.18517 of 2023, dated 26-07-2023 are still pending and within the knowledge of Respondents 2 to 4, but, still non-initiating any action by police is nothing but highhanded, unlawful, arbitrary and in violation of Fundamental Rights of the petitioner guaranteed under Article 14, 19(g), 21 and 300-A BVLNC,J W.P.No.53 OF 2025 Page 4 of 5 DT: 24.02.2025 Constitution of India, by consequently directing the respondents 2 to 4 to initiate strict action against Respondents 5 to 7. 02. Heard Sri P.Rajesh Babu, learned counsel for writ petitioner and Sri V.Farook, Learned Additional Government Pleader for Home representing State. 03. Learned counsel for petitioner would submit that the petitioner intends to withdraw the writ petition and sought permission. 04. Permission accorded. 05. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently I.A.No.1/2025 also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
