Though the application has been filed to quash the entire criminal proceedings of Sessions Case No.759/20, under Sections 354 IPC & 8 POCSO Act, P.S. Binwar, District Hamirpur including the summoning order dated 8.8.2022, however learned counsel for the applicant confines his relief for consideration of bail which he would be preferring. 3. Learned AGA has no objection to the same. 4. Accordingly, the interference on the merits of the case is declined. The application stands consigned to record. However, in case any bail application seeking bail is preferred before the competent court of law, the same shall be considered strictly in accordance with law as per the law of the land with most expedition.
