The prayer made in the writ petition is for a writ of mandamus commanding respondents no.2 and 4 to refer the claim of the petitioners against the award made on 05.10.2018 and 17.03.2020 under the provisions of National Highways Act, 1956 to the Arbitrator as provided under Section 3G(5) of the said Act. 2. We notice that the application has been addressed to N.H.A.I. and not to the statutory Arbitrator. 3. In the previous writ petition, liberty was granted to the petitioner to avail the remedy of arbitration by moving before the appropriate authority. 4.
