The petitioner is complainant and he is not aggrieved by the impugned order as none of the rights of the petitioner is prejudiced by the impugned order. 4. In such view of the fact, the petitioner has no locus standi to file the present writ petition. 5. Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed with no order as to costs.
