Heard the parties. 3. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 81 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 305 and 331(4) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Abhishek Srivastava, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. 4. On 10-13.02.2025, theft was committed in the house of the informant. Unknown accused took away jewelleries, cash and other articles. 5. It was submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from possession of the petitioners. 6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has submitted that the petitioners have got criminal antecedent. 7. Considering the fact that there is no cogent material available on record against the petitioners, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Abhishek Srivastava, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi, or his successor, in connection with Sadar P.S.
